What are common reasons for contesting?

1. Already paid? Send you proof of payment by; we will present it to the creditor and keep you informed.
2. Invoicing error? Contact us, explain what you think went wrong and add evidence (e.g. agreement, return, termination).
3. Already disputed? Get in touch; it's likely that your previous dispute and our letter intersected.
4. Not your file? Report it to us! Also notify your municipality of the wrong address or in case it concerns a previous resident.
