How do I propose a new payment plan?

Explain your situation clearly to your file manager. Based on this, we will look for an adapted plan together.
This proposal is always submitted to the creditor, who must agree to any change. The better you explain your situation, the greater the chance that a workable solution will be found.
Please note: an adjustment is not automatically accepted. Your creditor can refuse this. At Modero, we do everything we can to help find a customized solution. Therefore, do not wait, but discuss your changed situation in good time.
