Each letter from Modero contains our contact details along with your file number. Always mention that number when you contact us, so we can find your file immediately.
You can reach us in various ways.
- KIWI: log in to our Kiwi app or web application and consult your file online. Here you'll find an overview of all your outstanding invoices and payments.
- E-mail: send us your question with your file number. We will provide you with an answer as soon as possible.
- By phone: call the number on your letter to contact a case manager directly.
- Counter: do you prefer to visit in person? That's possible. Modero has more than 40 counters.
Tip: the sooner you contact us, the faster we find a solution. In addition, this way, you avoid extra costs and headaches.
