Can I view my file myself?

Absolutely. Via KIWI (app or web) you have access to your file at any time.

Among other things, you can view/take actions there.

• View the current status of your file, amounts paid and outstanding amounts;
• Make payments.
• Consult documents.
• Request an installment plan.
• Change your contact details.
• Contact your case manager.

Tip: via the Kiwi app, you can always view your file quickly and easily. Download the app from the app store or install its web application. With KIWI, you can pay immediately or simply request an installment plan. In addition, KIWI sends you messages, such as reminders, so you don't miss any deadlines.
