Each letter from Modero contains our contact details along with your file number. Always include that number when you contact us, so we can help you faster.

You can reach us in various ways.

  • By phone: call the number on your letter to contact a case manager directly.
  • E-mail: send us your question with your file number. We will provide you with an answer as soon as possible.
  • KIWI: log into our Kiwi app or web application and view your file online. Here you'll find an overview of all your outstanding invoices and payments.
  • Loket: do you prefer to visit in person? That's possible. Modero has 35 counters: find a counter near you.

Hint: the sooner you contact us, the faster we find a solution together. This way, you can avoid extra costs and unnecessary headaches.
