Legal representative

A legal representative is a person who is authorized to act on behalf of another person or organization. This could be, for example, a parent or guardian for a minor, an administrator for someone under administration, or a lawyer who assists someone legally.

For example, in certain cases, Modero sends letters to the recipient's legal representative, for example when it comes to a minor. In that case, we ask the legal representative to pay the debt instead of the person who made it.
