Revindication
Revindication is the process by which the owner of a movable or immovable property reclaims that asset when it is unlawfully owned by someone else. Also with mash is a revindication possible if, during a sequestration goods belonging to a third party, such as a family member or roommate of the attacker, are characterized as susceptible to seizure. In that case, that third party can oppose the public sale.
In order for that objection to be legally asserted, the owner must prove that it concerns his or her goods. This is done via a revindication summons, with which the third party formally asks for the goods to be removed from the seizure.
