Report

A report is an official, written report of an event, action, or action. It is prepared by an authorized person such as a bailiff, police officer or notary. For example, a bailiff draws up an official report of mash (with a list of all the goods he finds at a debtor home), or an official report from assessment. A report records facts and often serves as an evidence in legal proceedings.
