Notice

A notice is a formal notice or notice, usually of a legal or administrative nature, to an individual or organization. She informs those involved about an important decision, action, obligation or change in the situation. The goal is to inform you in time about the consequences of that change, so that you have sufficient time to respond or take action.

Denouncements often occur in proceedings such as mash, public sale or eviction.
