Yes, definitely. You can always make an appointment with Modero, your file manager or your bailiff to discuss your situation.

If it appears that your situation is more complex than a debt problem, we will refer you to our mediation service. This happens when:

• A case manager notices that you have several outstanding files or that recovery is financially difficult.
• When paying and/or answering your questions, a counter clerk finds that there are underlying, structural problems that affect your financial situation.
• During a home visit, a bailiff finds that further mediation is desirable due to underlying problems.

The mediation service helps people who are struggling with multiple debts, often in combination with underlying problems. Companies will not be able to use this service for the time being, but Modero is not leaving them out to dry. We help entrepreneurs in difficulty by directing them to specialized aid agencies such as Dyzo.
