I do not have sufficient command of the language in which the letter is written. What now?

At Modero, we try to formulate each letter as clearly as possible. If you don't speak Dutch, we'll be happy to help.

1. Contact us, our employees speak 35 languages together, which increases the chance that we can further help you in your own language. If you're not comfortable calling yourself, you may ask if someone else you trust is calling for you. Please note that it is important that you are present during the call due to the applicable GDPR rules.
2. Use Modero Memo, which gives you a summary of the letter in simple words. This way, you immediately know what is in the letter and what is expected of you. There is also a read-aloud function, useful for the visually impaired, non-native speakers, or those who prefer to listen.
