Modero is looking for an enthusiastic Team coach for the team bookings/invoicing for our office in Antwerp.
What does Modero do?
At Modero, we strive to resolve and prevent payment conflicts. Our team members closely monitor each customer, so they are alert to sensitive files. We focus on communication that lowers barriers and make smart use of technologies to achieve this.
What does your day look like?
- You manage a team of +- 8 people.
- You report to the CFO.
- As the main point of contact for team members, you know how to motivate, coach and guide them.
- You welcome new team members and ensure that they are provided with the necessary training.
- You are responsible for managing billing, ensuring meticulous and complete processing.
- The coordination and follow-up of bookings and deeds are also part of your daily tasks, where you work closely with your team.
- Together with the CFO, you map existing processes and work on their optimization to improve efficiency
What are your strengths?
- You have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a team lead or manager.
- You work efficiently, proactively, you can set priorities and manage stressful situations.
- Flexibility and a hands-on mentality come naturally to you.
- You have excellent logical thinking skills.
- Good knowledge of the French language is a plus.
