What does Modero do?

What does your day look like?
- Managing a team, where both tasks and the working atmosphere are carefully monitored and reported to management.
- As the main point of contact for team members, you know how to motivate, coach and guide them, you are a source of inspiration.
- You warmly welcome new team members and you ensure that they are provided with the necessary training.
- You are responsible for managing files, ensuring meticulous and complete processing.
- The coordination and follow-up of customer files are also part of your daily tasks, where you work closely with your team.
- As ultimately responsible for your team's assignments, you maintain regular communication with both customers and management.
- Together with the Operations Manager, you map existing processes and work on their optimization to improve efficiency.
What are your strengths?
- You have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience.
- As an experienced team coach, you are used to leading teams and are not afraid to take on final responsibility.
- You work efficiently, proactively, you can set priorities and manage stressful situations.
- Flexibility and a hands-on mentality come naturally to you.
- You are passionate about the legal sector, and additional knowledge about this is a plus.
