For our office in Antwerp, we are looking for a Legal file manager (Seizures), who is responsible for planning and administrative monitoring of the movement, and handling vehicles within the framework of legal proceedings.

What does your day look like?
- You are responsible for drawing up and controlling the schedule.
- You prepare letters and legal documents with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- You carefully handle and monitor records of planned public sales.
- You check invoices and ensure correct administrative processing.
- You manage your personal mailbox and actively monitor the debt monitoring mailbox.
- You maintain smooth and professional communication with all parties involved.
