Modero is looking for a motivated HR Specialist join our team Antwerpen to strengthen.

What does Modero do?
At Modero, we strive to resolve and prevent payment conflicts. Our team members closely monitor each file. We focus on communication that lowers barriers and use smart technologies to achieve this.
What does your day look like?
Recruitment and Selection
- You prepare vacancies for the Modero group and publish them on internal and external channels
- You will actively search for suitable candidates via the resume database and other channels: VDAB, LinkedIn,...
- You screen incoming resumes and conduct selection interviews
- You coordinate the different phases of the selection process and monitor progress
- You help to provide a warm welcome to new employees
- You represent Modero at various job fairs.
Personnel administration
- You help manage the personnel administration from employment to retirement and everything in between.
- You are responsible for carrying out all operational activities within HR
- You are partly responsible for the correct processing of wages, vacation pay, year-end bonuses,... (employees only)
- You are in contact with our social secretariat.
HR projects
- You provide support to various HR projects (e.g. cafeteria plan, digital marketing,...)
- You act as a point of contact for employees with questions and comments
What are your strengths?
- You have built up 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the HR domain.
- Experience with payroll processing and knowledge of legislation is a big plus.
- You are extremely discreet and always act with integrity.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English is a plus.
- Thanks to your warm personality and open communication style, you quickly gain the trust of our employees.
- You have strong communication skills and are assertive with a hands-on mentality.
